Nobody likes the stress caused by the uncertainty of money owed. That is why our job is to make it as easy as possible to know exactly what you need to pay and have full transparency.
What information do I need to give?

The name of the lessee

The period of time that the demand covers

The amount of money that the lessee must pay

The name and address of the freeholder (and the managing agent if payments are being made to them)

The date on which the ground rent is due (or the date that was specified in the lease, if the lessee is overdue in paying their rent)
What happens if I don't pay?
If you cant pay your ground rent we will reach out and contact you why. If we don't get a valid answer the following can happen:

Referral to a Collection Agency

Contacting your Mortgage Lender

First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)

Losing your home by forfeiture or repossession

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) including Mediation & Arbitration
What if my bill looks incorrect?

How much is ground rent?
Ground rent can sound very daunting and a large sum but in some cases, it can be very low. Within your lease, there is most likely a section highlighting the amount of ground rent which is owed. The lease should also highlight on when the payment is due and how it is paid.
